I'm really quite pleased with both of them though. The BW was brewed using the Lacto. brevis / Sacch / Brett schedule as detailed in earlier posts, with a touch of smoked malt. Black DIPA was a repeat of a previous recipe, which John gave nice feedback on previously. :) And the other entries? Well ... They're ok, but not fantastic.

Love the Black IPA.. Only downside is you dont invite me over to drink it enuff!
