IBrew entries

Due to exams in July this year, my entries for IBrew are rather haphazard. Oh well. Most we're brewed a while ago and allowed to age, except for the smoked Berliner Weisse and DIPA. 

I'm really quite pleased with both of them though. The BW was brewed using the Lacto. brevis / Sacch / Brett schedule as detailed in earlier posts, with a touch of smoked malt. Black DIPA was a repeat of a previous recipe, which John gave nice feedback on previously. :) And the other entries? Well ... They're ok, but not fantastic.
