MYPG agar

Finally, I've gotten round to mixing my own MYPG agar after sourcing for the materials. It's a general purpose medium for both yeast and bacteria, and surprisingly the most difficult ingredient to get hold of was the yeast extract! 

I've been using dried malt extract agar so far for the slants, so down the road I'll be making a direct comparison of DME agar and MYPG agar to see how both fare.
